  • What to do if my order placement has failed but the amount has been deducted from my account?

    Though GOVO uses the best payment gateway to process your payment, in case of such failed orders, you will be refunded the full amount wthin 7 days. 

  • How long does it take to get the refund/ replacement ?

    Refunds issued as per GOVO's replacement /refund policies are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned order at GOVO's facility.

  • How long does it take to get my money back after order cancellation?

    You are entitled to full refund in case of cancellation of your order. Your refund will be credited, to your account via original mode of payment you used for placing the order, within 7 working days.

    GOVO tries its best to deliver all orders within 2-5 days of dispatch. However, some locations which are not easily reachable by couriers, hilly areas or locations with connectivity constraints may take extra time. The delivery timelines may also get impacted due to festival season rush, public holidays or weekends.
